ALPINE RANCH RULES & REGULATIONS

18. Motor Vehicles brought onto Alpine Ranch by Owners, guest or authorized users shall only be parked in designated
parking spaces.

19. Occupancy at Alpine Ranch shall be limited to designated Accommodations.
20. Upon termination of the use or occupancy of an Accommodation by an Owner, All fires as may be allowed shall be
adequately extinguished so as to prevent the spread of fire and no Owner shall leave a fire smoldering or unattended for
any period of time.
21. No Owner shall use any clothes drying lines on any Accommodations, nor hang any laundry form the
exterior of any Accommodation.

22. No digging, excavation, alteration of the terrain, or other activity which shall alter the natural conditions of
the Property shall be done by an Owner other than such normal staking of tents or other camping equipment
as normally accompanies the use of any Site as Declarant may create or as otherwise performed by Declarant
or its contractors, agents or employees.
23. Each Owner shall assure that any running water available to an Accommodation is adequately turned off upon
termination of occupancy of an Accommodation.

24. There shall be no littering at Alpine Ranch.
25. No Owner or other authorized user may use an Accommodation as might be subject to a use fee or
deposit, unless and until designated deposits and/or fees for use of such have been paid by such Owner or
other authorized user.
26. No Accommodation shall be occupied or used by any Owner or other authorized user for commercial
purposes other than as set forth herein by Declarant.
27. No Owner or any other party, other than Declarant, shall be permitted to lease or rent out his Undivided
Interest or use of an Accommodation within the Property or otherwise available for use by Owners.

28. Nothing shall be done or kept in any Accommodation or within the Property that will increase any rate of insurance ALPINE RANCH RULES & REGULATIONS
maintained with respect to the Accommodations, the Property, Alpine Ranch, or the Association
without the prior consent of the Association. No Owner or other authorized user of an Accommodation shall permit anything
to be done or kept in any Accommodation or within the Property or Alpine Ranch that will result
in the cancellation of insurance maintained with respect to the Accommodations or any improvement within
the Property or Alpine Ranch that would be in violation of any law or that will result in the commitment of waste, damage,
abuse or destruction, to or in any of the Accommodations or any portions of the Property or Alpine
Ranch.
29. No animals, livestock, poultry or household pets of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept in any part of
the Property or Alpine Ranch, including the Accommodations.

30. Except for the right of ingress and egress, the Owners and other authorized occupants or users of
Accommodations are herby prohibited and restricted from using the property and any of its Accommodations except
as expressly authorized by the terms of this Declaration or as otherwise may be allowed by the Association’s Board of
Directors, from time to time. This paragraph is for the mutual benefit of all Owners and
is necessary for protection of said Owners.
31. No Owner, other than Declarant, shall make any improvements, decorations or repairs, including painting, tiling, waxing,
wallpapering or otherwise refinishing or redecorating to any Accommodation or to the Common Furnishings or any other
portion of the Property or Alpine Ranch, or contract so to do or subject the Accommodations, Common Furnishings or any
other portion of the Association or Alpine Ranch to any liens for the making of improvements, decorations or repairs. No
Owner shall create or permit to exist any nuisance in any Accommodation or within the Property or Alpine Ranch or with
respect to any Accommodation or the
Common Furnishings. No Owner or other authorized occupant or user shall remove any of the Common Furnishings from
any Accommodation unless approved by the Managing Agent.

32. Not withstanding the foregoing restrictions contained in this paragraph, the Declarant shall be authorized
to exercise its rights as under this Declaration may expressly exist or otherwise be reasonably implied.
