RESORT AMENITIES
INTERNET CONNECTION
Wireless Internet Connection is provided in every chalet.
A list of passwords is in every guest book and we provide
Disney +, HULU, and ESPN.
LINENS
Each unit is supplied with sheets for each bed including
the sofa bed. There are 6 sets of towels in each unit.
Please do not remove towels, blankets, etc. from the unit.
MOUNTAIN LAKES CLUB AMENITIES PASSES
All recreational facilities are owned and operated by Mountain Lakes Club.
If you have any questions or need assistance concerning the recreational
facilities, please contact the clubhouse. All persons (except children age 5 and
under) are required to hold a Club Amenities Pass for usage of the recreational
amenities at Mountain Lakes. Please keep your cards with you and present
to staff when requested. Owners are responsible for the purchase of guest
passes for their guest(s).
PARKING
Each unit has a designated parking space. If you have more than 1 vehicle
there may be an additional fee to park in the parking area at the clubhouse. RESORT INFORMATION
DO NOT park on grass area. All vehicles must have a parking pass. Please
hang your parking pass on the rear view mirror when you are at the resort.
PHONE INFORMATION
Friends and family members may reach you by dialing
706-348-1285 and leaving a message.
REFRIGERATOR
The refrigerator controls are set for maximum efficiency, please do not adjust
controls.
If your refrigerator is not cooling properly, contact the Check In/Management
Office for service.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
In accordance with Alpine Ranch Association policy, a $100.00 security deposit
is required upon check in. Following your departure, funds will be released
provided check out procedures are followed completely and carpets are left
clean.REMEMBER - the money you save will be your own.
