CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

                       Alpine Ranch is a Saturday to Saturday Interval Resort.
           CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00AM - NO EXCEPTIONS. Individuals failing to exit
            accommodations at scheduled departure date and time shall be subject to a
              charge of $50.00 per each 30 minutes or portion thereof past 10:00am.

        1. Load dishwasher with all dirty dishes and start dishwasher.
            Do not overload. Hand wash if necessary.

        2. Place all trash in the dumpster located at the bottom of Alpine Ranch hill.
        3. Strip the bed linens and place in pillowcases along with towels on the kitchen floor
            (leave mattress pad, blanket and bedspread in the bedroom).

        4. Place all soiled dish cloths and pot holders in kitchen sink.
        5. Replace furniture to its original position - if it has been rearranged.

        6. Double check your unit to make sure you have all your belongings.
            The resort is not responsible for lost and found items.
        7. Return the key to the Check-In/Management Office, or Key Drop Box at the bottom of
            Alpine Ranch hill at the dumpster area. Please do not leave the key in the unit.
            There will be a $30.00 service fee charge per key not returned.


                              Please remember to double check all drawers, cabinets,
                             and closets for personal belongings. We perform a thorough
                                     inspection and inventory upon your departure.

                           FRIENDLY REMINDERS


        PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OR AT ALPINE RANCH
        Having a pet at Alpine Ranch will result in eviction without refund
        for guest and pet as well as an automatic loss of the security
        deposit.  Additional costs for damage to unit and/or property may
        be incurred including but not limited to materials, labor and fees
        assessed in accordance with the Associations Pet Policy.

        FEEDING OF GEESE
        Please do not feed the geese. They are beautiful and fun to watch, but they do create a
        mess for owners and guests walking on the grounds.

        WILD ANIMALS
        Bear, Bobcat, Coyote, Beaver, Snakes and other wild animals are indigenous of our
        mountain setting and are seen at the resort. For your safety and theirs, we ask that you
        do not approach or feed any wild animals or leave trash/food outside your unit, even
        at the grill areas do not leave foods unattended. Always place trash in the dumpster
        and close the door. Be aware of your surroundings and watch where you step. If you
        should encounter a problem with one of our wild friends, please contact Security or the
        Management Office immediately.

        INSECTS
        Insects are a natural part of our environment, but as a rule they are
        unwelcome. Our units are professionally treated each month in addition
        to a special monthly treatment specifically designed for ladybugs.
        Chances are you will encounter a little forest guest during your visit.
        Unfortunately, no property or dwelling is exempt from their presence.
