RESORT INFORMATION

STORM WATCHES OR WARNINGS
The resort is located in White County, Georgia. Adjoining counties to the south is
Hall County, to the west are Forsyth, Lumpkin and Dawson Counties and to the
east is Habersham County.
A Tornado Siren is located within the Resort. The Siren is tested on the
first Wednesday of the month at 11:00am. If there is inclement weather
in the area and the siren sounds, you should take cover immediately. If a
tornado warning is issued take cover immediately away from windows and to the
center most protected area of your unit. The basement of the Country Store and
Members Lodge is provided as an underground shelter. If you choose to proceed
to the basement area of the Country Store, please go the back of the building
and proceed to the basement area until danger has passed.
A special note about winter weather: Porches, decks, steps, sidewalks,
parking areas and other outdoor surfaces may develop ice. Please observe extra
caution during winter month.

UNIT SUPPLIES
We have provided for your convenience some products to start your vacation -
1 coffee packet, 1 roll of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing and dishwasher
detergent, soap & trash bags. Extra supplies are available at the Country Store
or Check In/Management Office for a fee. Note: a vacuum cleaner, broom, mop,
dust pan, iron and ironing board are furnished in each unit for your convenience.
RESORT AMENITIES

Mountain Lakes Club operates and maintains the resort amenities. Please
follow rules and regulations posted at the individual amenities. Should you
have questions about any of the recreational amenities, please stop by the
Mountain Lakes Club Office located in the Clubhouse or call (706) 865-4742.

CLUBHOUSE - Indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna/steam bath, exercise
facilities, dressing rooms with showers, outdoor swimming pool, ping pong table,
pool table & game room.

LAKE AREA - picnic table, gazebo, fishing & paddle boats
(checked out from Security).

MINIATURE GOLF - 18 hole Miniature Golf - putters and balls are checked out
at the amenities booth during season and at the Clubhouse/Country Store after
season.

2 OUTDOOR POOLS - Located at the Clubhouse and at the Miniature Golf area.

WATERSLIDE - Located next to Miniature Golf.

STABLES - Register for rides at the stables. A small horse
is saddled for children under the age of 8, with horse to be
led by parent or guardian - check on times and days at the
Stables or at the Mountain Lakes Club Office. Schedules
are subject to change due to weather.
Please call (706) 219-3458 at least one day in advance for
reservations.

Other amenities are available such as shuffleboard, horseshoes, playgrounds,
tennis & basketball court. Club membership is required and owner card or guest
pass card must be available to present to staff. Visitor passes are available for
purchase from the Mountain Lakes Clubhouse, Country Store or at the amenities
booth during season.
